The Hammerhead is our first rental kart model we manufactured and it’ s driven thousands of hours on different kart tracks. The design of the chassi makes it very powerful and easy to drive with lots of race kart feeling.
The CRMO steel safety frame is designed to protect the driver and the chassi in case of high impact collision. The safety frame is mounted on heavy duty silent blocks and offers the kart maximum crash protection. In case of high impact the safety frame can move to reduce the risk of personal injury. Extra protection pipes can be included as an optional extra. Another option is PEHD safety frame. It’s designed to protect the driver and the chassi in case of high impact. The safety frame is mounted on a high impact block which soaks up impact in the event of a hard crash. The profile of the safety frame reduces the risk of climbing karts. Extra steel pipes can be added on request.
A spring loaded semi-collapsible support on the steering column greatly reduces the risk of personal injury. The adjustable seat frame is quick and easy to adjust. Spring loaded locking keeps the driver firmly in place. Combine this with optional adjustable pedals and rubber seat insert the Hammerhead can be driven by drivers between 135cm and 200 cm tall. Durable side pods with race kart design gives plenty of space for getting in and out of the kart.
