Safety A safety system featuring spring loaded steering column prevents injuries to the ribcage in the event of a collision. The safety frame is mounted on 11 energy absorbing blocks. When this is combined with the heavy duty plastic safety frame vibration and jarring are greatly reduced.

Durability The Chassis is constructed using CRMO tubing. The chassis has been designed with strength as a top priority. The result is an incredibly strong basis for our karts, capable of comfortably withstanding the day-to-day bumps of a go-kart track.

Fun to Drive The Hammerhead is great to drive. Caroli Kart have built competition karts since 1985 and we have been involved in a long list of Championship successes. This racing pedigree has been carried over to the Hammerhead, a hire kart which drives like a competition kart.

Suitable For All A Hire kart needs to offer good control and a comfortable driving position for all shapes and sizes of driver. The Hammerhead has quickly adjustable seating, optional seat reduction insert - for smaller drivers, and strong solid pedals. This makes karting accessible to the widest possible range of drivers.

Easy to Maintain The Hammerhead offers simple maintainence.

For example the wheels are are quickly removed without removing the safety frame. Axle-cover and engine-cover can be speedily removed, without tools, via the thumb screws. The exhaust silencer is positioned under the back axle making it very easy to change the belt or completely remove the axle.

The mechanical brakes are easy to reach and easily adjusted, optional hydraulic brakes are fully self-adjusting minimising maintainence further still.

Optional Specifications Different tracks require different types of kart. The Hammerhead offers the widest specification possible. We are always happy to offer expert assistance to our customers with their specific requirements. Engines, safety frames, transmission and many other items can be specified giving you a Hire Kart tailor-made for your track.
